“Exams are a part of life, they are not the whole of life.”

Hon’ble Prime Minister of India — thought from Exam Warriors, on treating examinations as a stage of learning rather than a verdict on a candidate’s entire future.

Our Mandate as an Examination Facilitation Body

This portal is oriented to NTA-managed CBT centre supervision: valid assessment delivery, centre readiness, candidate communication, and post-exam transparency. Centres register here so officers can verify infrastructure and supervise exam-day operations.

Computer-Based Tests

End-to-end CBT support including node verification, LAN/internet checks, biometric attendance, candidate seating, and secure exam-day monitoring comparable to national CBT practice.

Offline / OMR Examinations

Centre-based pen-and-paper examinations with controlled logistics, invigilation frameworks, confidential material handling, and scanned-response workflows where the client so requires.

Integrity & Confidentiality

Multi-layer safeguards for question-paper security, chain of custody, restricted access, vigilance reporting, and audit-ready documentation after every shift.

How a typical examination cycle is run

National portals such as NTA, CTET and e-Pariksha OTR demonstrate a clear public sequence: registration, login, verification, application filing, city intimation, admit card, examination, answer-key challenge, and result. Samarth mirrors that sequence for client-owned examinations so candidates and centres experience a familiar, government-style process.

  1. One-time profile / registration — capture identity, contact and eligibility once, then reuse across notifications (OTR-style discipline).
  2. Notification & application window — publish public notices, correction windows and last dates on this portal.
  3. Centre allocation & city intimation — map candidates to verified CBT or offline centres.
  4. Admit card & exam-day protocol — reporting time, PwD/scribe support, prohibited items, and centre layout.
  5. Post-exam transparency — recorded responses / OMR images, provisional key challenge, final key and result as authorised by the client.

Candidates are advised to rely only on this official portal and the client’s authorised notices. Fake, altered or AI-generated admit cards, OMR sheets and result PDFs circulating on social media should be ignored. Samarth never asks for payment through unofficial links.
