Relationship with statutory exam portals

Links to NTA, CTET and e-Pariksha OTR are provided for candidate orientation. Those sites remain the only authentic sources for their own examinations. Samarth is not the conducting authority of those tests unless a separate client contract says otherwise — and even then, the notifying body stays the client.

Intellectual property

Portal content and branding remain the property of Samarth Examination Services unless otherwise stated. Third-party logos (including Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav) are used for public commemorative display as commonly practised on Indian institutional websites.

Limitation

Samarth is not liable for decisions taken solely on outdated cached copies of pages, unofficial PDFs, or social-media claims of results and admit cards. Always refer to the live portal.
