Privacy Policy

Samarth Examination Services respects the privacy of visitors, candidate helpdesk users, centre administrators and institutional partners who use this portal. As an examination facilitation body we collect only what is required to run a secure test cycle or to answer an enquiry.

Information we collect

• Enquiry form details: name, email, subject and message.
• Centre registration data submitted on the Standard Testing Centre portal (legal entity, infrastructure, documents and geo-tagged photographs).
• Technical logs generated by the hosting environment for security and uptime.

How we use information

Enquiry data is used only to respond to institutional or public queries related to examination services and tenders. Centre data is used for infrastructure verification, inspection and audit. We do not sell personal information. Candidate data, when processed for a client examination, is handled under that client’s notification and applicable law.

Official sources

Identity verification for statutory national or state examinations is performed on those agencies’ own systems (for example NTA, CTET or e-Pariksha OTR). Samarth does not harvest Aadhaar or OTR numbers for those portals.
