Centre Guidelines

1. Register with accurate legal entity and centre address.
2. Verify official email with OTP. Passwords are never sent in plain text.
3. Complete infrastructure, documents, geo-tagged photos, and self-assessment.
4. Self-assessment is not approval. Status remains “Verification Pending”.
5. After submit, editing is locked except for deficiency re-uploads.
6. Physical inspection may record GPS, officer ID, and on-site counts.
7. Certificate wording confirms program verification only, unless NTA authorization is separately recorded.
